Making a purchase

If you wish to buy items, just click the “Add to basket” button next to the products you wish to buy and choose the quantity. When you have finished making your selections, follow the links to pay by PayPal.

Post and packing

UK shipping is charged at the rates shown on our postage page. Prices quoted on the website are for the UK only. Customers wishing to purchase from outside the UK are asked to contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.

Delivery

Orders are normally despatched by courier or Royal Mail within 10 working days, usually much quicker.

Credit card security

Credit card security and payments are handled by PayPal, a payment service provider.

Guarantee

We guarantee all products to be of merchantable quality, and as advertised. If you feel otherwise, please contact us for an immediate refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation rights and returns policy

Amera Plastic Mouldings comply with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. Customers have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt, and may return items within 14 calendar days of receipt, for a full refund less shipping.

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning any item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. The cost of returning items can vary but should cost no more than the P&P quoted originally for each individual order. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied.

Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes can be reported by email to enquiries@amera.co.uk within 14 calendar days of receipt. These may be returned for a full refund (including postage) or replacement.

Amera Plastic Mouldings will make every effort to replace damaged goods, but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Amera Plastic Mouldings’ only obligation is to refund the full purchase price.

To cancel an order, simply email us at enquiries@amera.co.uk. The customer will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of Amera Plastic Mouldings’ trading policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
